mp;R agent will meet with business owners to analyze their needs. At the conclusion of the analysis, the agent and the client will decide if it makes sense to move into the implementation phase. Our goal is to use the resources and services Z&R Funding, LLC has established to maintain professional relationships. Agents are given the tools necessary to succeed and are trained in the skills essential to accomplish this task. Successful agents have attributes that cannot be taught. They are strong, dynamic, confident teachers, communicators and leaders with exceptional understanding and empathy. This position requires two years of sales, management, or business ownership experience, analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business owners, senior management and boards of directors. Ideal candidates for this position are individuals who have previously owned their own businesses and/or have held a sales or management position for a minimum of two years. A two or four-year degree is preferred but we will consider candidates with strong B2B sales experience. Local travel only - home on weekends.
