You will be the critical support system in the bar team to ensure our bars function smoothly while taking care of our guest that are here to experience a new Entry level of nightlife! Entry Level or Experienced Bartenders, Bar Backs ans Servers! *Welcome each guests personally within 30 seconds. *Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. *Make guests feel appreciated through your actions. *Work as a team with all night club personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service. *Work with others to keep all areas cleaned and stocked to night clubs standards at all times. *Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipes. *Ring drink orders into computer immediately, collect money from guests for drinks served and make change. *Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in agreement with our standards. *Wash and sterilize stemware. *Be attentive! Offer your assistance before the guests has to ask for it. *Count drinks Guests are served. *Place current bar tabs in front of Guests at all times. *Anticipate your guest's needs. Follow the half-full rule when offering another drink. Be alert of signals (raising a hand, looking directly at you, etc.), and acknowledge the guest so they know you will be right with them. *Learn your guests' names, occupations, and favorite drinks. This will make our night club a special place for them. Bartender and Server Apprentice responsibilities *Ensures back bar is set properly with all product labels facing and pour spouts facing to the left. *Ensures all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meets service standards Stocks assigned bar with product and supplies for the evening and keeps the assigned bar stock with *product and supplies throughout each scheduled shift *Ensures liquor room, walk in coolers, and store rooms are organized and clean at all times. Prepares all mixes and garnishes *Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers who approach the bar *Performs other job related duties as assigned by Model Bartenders and Management *Collects customer information for the venue database while constantly striving to increase the size of your personal clientele *Constantly provides customers with accurate information about the venue and property as well as entertainment offered in each *Works to anticipate the needs of bartenders and server assistants at all times, assisting them however necessary *Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate customer needs and assist other team members when the opportunity arises *Communicates with management, hosts and service staff immediately to rectify any and all customer needs and requests *Communicates with management any complaints, comments or incidents. *Removes all trash from bar, following venue protocol for storage, handling and transportation of waste materials *Adheres to all established policies, procedures and guidelines *Creates and maintains a sense of urgency Desired Qualifications: Must love and support their team members! Must love and take care of guests! Must say "Yes" and "Thank you" often! Must be 18 years of age! Visa ID accepted! Preferably customer service experience in a high-volume atmosphere!
