Regional Manager (Supply Chain/Logistics)

escription IFCO SYSTEMS is currently interviewing for an Regional Manager for our "Warehouse and Logistics Services Division". Territory centrered in Philadelphia, PA. Relocation is not required. This position provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure operating efficiency and the highest level of customer service. The Regional Manager is responsible for new customer transitions and for directing operations at multiple customer locations within an assigned territory, including management of site managers and their staff. Responsibilities: Drive innovation, market share growth and customer service by engaging our partners – both internal and external – to thoroughly understand supply chain opportunities Develop new service offerings by identifying opportunities within existing customer base Achieve financial goals by managing productivity, quality and customer service standards Exceed customer service expectations by soliciting feedback, focusing on the needs of our customer and demonstrating integrity in every decision made Coaches personnel to model the values and culture of the company Communicate effectively with customers, employees, peers, and senior management Serve as resource to the Regional Director for special projects and overall vision of the division Collaborate with company network to maximize knowledge of core competencies Full P&L responsibility for territory Road Warrior. No issues traveling aproximatly 3 weeks a month Build bench by recruiting, retaining, and developing managers with executive potential Responsibility for ensuring safety, accounting and hiring policies and procedures are known and adhered to by managers and staff   The ideal candidate will have 5 years proven, hands-on management experience in a manufacturing, operations, distribution, or logistics environment. Applicants must have P&L and budgeting experience. Job Requirements This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
