STORE MANAGER/ ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER Tasks and Responsibilities: • Execute and ensure customers receive great Customer Service • Ensure High Food Quality- Food Preparation/ Handling procedures are followed • Maintain Food and Labor Costs • Drive Sales Increases • Lead and develop an efficient, goal-oriented team We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes and experience: • 1-2 years’ experience at an Asian Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) • Experience with supervising a team is an asset • Excellent communications skills- ability to converse in Mandarin or Spanish is an asset • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
