Excellent career opportunity.   Description:   Will ensure that all facilities remain pristine and are operating at maximum efficiency. Ensure that working environments are clean, and that technology in common spaces are functional. Manage all daily management issues and respond to maintenance calls. Keep the schedule for all MEP system maintenance. Ensure that all occupied spaces are up to NYC building codes. Manage BMS and related queue. Liaise with the IT team. Maintain vendor relations and establish service agreements when needed. Control costs and maintain budgets.   Requirements:   Must be able to work flexible hours as needed. Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management in a corporate office or relevant industry experience. Working knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical systems, general carpentry, fire safety, plumbing etc. Knowledge of landlord-tenant relationship. Must be very customer-service oriented and have exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. Project management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
