Home Care Coordinator Needed

Care Coordinator wanted full-time Angel Healthcare LLC is hiring for a full time home care coordinator. We are a premier home healthcare agency based out of Bay Shore Long Island. We provide Medical Doctors, Nurses, Physical Therapists and other allied healthcare professionals to patients in their home. Must be comfortable with heavy phone use. This is NOT a sales position. Responsibilities: -To schedule appointments and visits between providers and patients -to process all major paperwork for patient records -to coordinate with patient's primary care physician -to follow up with patient after visit for feedback -to answer calls from prospective patients daily -to make outcalls to patients to confirm their visits for the day -to make outcalls to providers to confirm their visits for the day Requirements: -Bachelors Degree in any discipline -Experience or Interest in healthcare industry -Reliable Transportation -Willing to commit to 1 year of employment Compensation: $25,000-$30,000/yr + Comprehensive Benefit Package after successfully completing 90 days of employment Email me your resume to be considered for an immediate interview.
