PHR / SPHR Online Prep Course Instructor

We are accepting and encouraging any residents from North America to apply for this position - as it is based online so you can work from home! The Institute for Human Resources, HR.com's global education and certification service, offers test prep courses for HR professionals who are preparing for their PHR and SPHR certification. This program has had tremendous success, which currently sees over 93% of its participants pass their PHR or SPHR exam. We are currently seeking additional instructors to teach our prep courses beginning in August and September. These courses are intended for HR professionals looking to test / become certified in December ’14 /January ‘15. The ideal instructor must be familiar with HRCI designations, as well as a great teacher, motivator and coach to our students. Each virtual class has a maximum of 20 online students, and is designed to be very interactive. Each group that we offer will meet online during evening hours, twice per week, for the duration of approximately 16 weeks.
