ient, a top NYC based Hedge Fund, is seeking a STAR for a new role in the HR Operational Department. Someone with HR Recrutiing experience - even as an intern This role is ideal for a detailed and proactive individual to assist in the administration of a broad range of tasks across the HR Spectrum including; 1. Scheduling events, meetings, interviews, travel, catering, etc.; 2. Maintaining data and metrics that cross a wide range of variety; 3. Helping to build new processes for a smooth application of daily HR functions; 4. Fielding questions and requests from employees throughout the organization; 5. Upholding a high level of confidentiality at all times; 6. Assist all areas of the recruiting process Requirements: 1. BA degree with a strong academnic record; 2. 1-3 years of administration and coordination experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; 3. Strong organization and interpersonal skills; 4. Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
