Strong background in legal documents and procedures required, including preparation of contracts, litigation documents, briefs, memoranda, pleadings, and affidavits. Superior communication and organizational skills a must. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and have knowledge of time billing systems. Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint a plus. Salary commensurate with experience. References will be checked.
