Duties: Will participate in performance-based file reviews to evaluate the skill level and expertise of the handling attorneys, compliance with company's claims litigation management guidelines, and substantive communication with insureds and claims professionals. Conduct performance evaluations on communication, case evaluation, case strategy, file handling and budgeting and enabling management to determine how these factors may impact file costs, duration, reserve setting, claims handling productivity and overall results. Minimum 5 years of related law firm and/or claims experience including in-depth knowledge of the litigation process.
