Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney Job

ard-IP has a need for qualified lateral patent litigation candidates for an opening with our client, a patent litigation boutique firm. Our client, an AMLaw100 firm, is seeking an IP Litigation Associate for their Intellectual Property practice. Requirements Ideal candidates will have IP Litigation experience and must have a strong educational background, including a JD from a top-tier law school and a B.S. in electrical engineering or an equivalent discipline (e.g., computer science or physics) from a top-tier engineering school. Candidates must be detail oriented and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Admission to the NY bar (or ability to sit for it) is required. USPTO admission is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Preparation and trial of significant patent matters; work with experts; conduct depositions; technical analysis of products and patents. Their practice includes over 80 attorneys in the Intellectual Property Practice. From biotechnology patents to telecommunications or other electronics patents, from complex, multipatent and/or multidiscipline patent cases to complex trademark and copyright litigation, our client provides the technological and strategic know-how for any litigation scenario. Their attorneys possess superior knowledge regarding patents, trademarks, trade secret, and copyright litigation law and strategies.
