Legal Administrative Assistant

Legal Administrative Assistant-Litigation (9am-5pm with flexibility for some overtime) Experienced litigation legal assistant needed for premier, boutique, litigation, law firm in midtown New York, supporting a named partner. Qualified candidates will have 5-8 years litigation experience with a stable work history. Must have superior communication and organizational abilities, be a self-starter and detail-oriented, have an enthusiastic and energetic team attitude, and able to work extended hours when necessary. Poise and the ability to thrive in a challenging environment is essential. Must be proficient in Word 2010 or later version and TOC/TOA’s. Looking for someone that will be able to handle some paralegal responsibilities as well. Experience with Juris, WorldDox and Westlaw a plus. $80-85K
