nal law firm is looking to hire a temp-to-perm Legal Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for the Firm’s White Plains, NY law office. Responsibilities will include: answering telephone calls, assist with scheduling, maintaining attorneys’ calendar(s), scheduling meetings, flights, hotels, billing, etc. Prior legal experience is helpful. The ideal candidate must be organized and able to multitask. Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.
