MARKETING ASSISTANT -INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM

lient, a prestigious top tier international law firm, seeks a Legal Marketing Coordinator to join their thriving Manhattan office. Candidate identified will be poised, articulate, organized and will have 2+ years of law firm experience assisting with the marketing and/or recruitment/on-boarding process. Stellar technical skills and high-energy a must! Responsibilities: - Organize and oversee all phases of the recruiting lifecycle for lateral hires - Assist in implementing hiring guidelines, reviewing resumes, interviewing, and offer-making process - Provide lateral hires with training, mentoring, career development, and other development initiatives. - Strong organizational, time management and communication skills a must. Will act as liaison between attorneys and recruiting department - Assist with new hire bios - Prepare firm marketing materials for campus recruiting, social media outlets, firm website, etc. - EXCEPTIONAL writing skills required; all candidates must provide a writing sample - Strong technical skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Will assist with providing models for statistical data reporting, prepare presentations and aid in heavy calendaring/scheduling - BA required Salary: $45-$65k DOE
