Qualifications • Must have a Bachelors degree, Paralegal certification preferred • Litigation paralegal with 1-2 years quality experience • Must be familiar with GL, premises and construction litigation • Defense experience preferred, not mandatory Responsibilities • Processing and tracking record authorizations • Summarizing medical and non-medical records and summarizing transcripts • Preparing trial binders • Assisting with motion prep • Researching to identify and locate treating physicians and other medical providers • Preparing answers, discovery demands, and discovery response • Other duties as are assigned If your background and experience align with these qualifications and you want to advance your career with one of the nation's leading law firms, please apply by using our online application.
