Part-Time Legal Assistant

IATE NEED FOR A PART-TIME LEGAL ASSISTANT! Our client is looking for a pro-active, friendly, and experienced legal assistant to join their team. Responsibilities Include: Preparing, revising and proofreading documents/pleadings,memo’s and correspondence. Assembling and collating exhibits and legal documents. Working with highly confidential information. Scheduling meetings and depositions. Perform clerical duties, ie. answering telephones, organizing and filing documents, banking and billing.   Liaison between clients, attorneys, court reporters and State Court Clerks’ offices. Candidates should be dependable, organized, professional and able to meet deadlines. Should have strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft word, word perfect, Microsoft Excel, E-Law and Westlaw. Great work environment with a friendly atmosphere!
