Patent Prosecution Legal Secretary

nal law firm is looking to hire a highly organized patent prosecution legal secretary to support in all phases of patent prosecution. A minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience required (U.S. Patent and Trademark Office filings, US Provisional, Utility, Design and PCT Patents). Compose correspondence, reports, memoranda as directed by assigned intellectual property attorneys. Strong grammar, punctuation, spelling and written and oral communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, editing and proofreading ability. An undergraduate college degree is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position offering excellent compensation and full benefits. Salary to 80K. Comprehensive benefits package.
