te equity firm located in midtown Manhattan is looking to hire a temp-to-perm paralegal with residential real estate and corporate paralegal experience to support two in-house Associate General Counsels. A minimum of 4+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate setting. Knowledge of residential real estate, title insurance, securities and fund formation preferred. Experience managing closings, multi-state workflow and corporate filings also preferred. Familiarity with EDGAR a plus. Bachelor’s degree. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Salary: to 75K upon hire.
