Receptionist (Bilingual)

iption: Mid-size law firm is searching for a full-time, permanent Receptionist/Scanner to support the Medicaid Department at Miller & Milone, P.C., He or she must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) directing all incoming telephone calls to the appropriate personnel, entering and scanning new account information into the Firm’s database, and basic clerical duties, as needed. Position Requirements: • Must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts • Strict confidentiality is a must • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Must possess a high level of organization skills • Ability to use internet databases • Adherence to Medicaid/HIPAA guidelines Schedule: This is a full-time position (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans, 401(k) Savings Plan, Paid Time Off, and more.
