VP Data Analytics

P, Data & Analytics (VPDA) is responsible for leading and managing the Data & Analytics team, which leverages statistical modeling, performance insights and optimization to maximize the ROI of both digital and offline campaigns across integrated channels for our clients. This leadership role will require expertise that includes email, search marketing, social media, mobile, video and site analytics. Experience or knowledge of data management platforms would also be a tremendous asset. We are looking for someone with a strong passion for translating data into actionable insights.   Responsibilities: · Direct the development of actionable insights to create and optimize digital and direct marketing and advertising solutions for clients · Act as an agency thought leader on digital analytics, particularly in the areas of email, social media, video and mobile · Manage, develop and evolve proprietary capabilities in digital strategy and analytics services · Grow, manage and mentor a team of data strategists and analysts   Skill Set/Knowledge Required: · Familiarity with statistical modeling, direct/digital marketing test designs, and audience segmentation · Experience developing innovative measurement and analytical techniques to optimize digital marketing programs · Expertise in site behavioral analysis tools, specifically, Omniture, WebTrends, Coremetrics, and Google Analytics · Expert in social listening tools specifically, Radian6, Nielsen Buzzmetrics, Alterian Techrigy, TNS Cymfony · Knowledge of online advertising tools and platforms like DoubleClick, Atlas, Yahoo!, Eye Blaster   Education/Experience Required: · Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred · 10+ years experience in a professional services environment: online advertising, search engine marketing, site experience analysis, social media or interactive/technology consulting.
