Resources Coordinator Major Financial Institution located in NYC is currently seeking an idividual for their expanding Human Resources department. Essential Duties:   Back up to the HRIS analyst for TMS and Payroll processing functions: Assists in the development and implementation of systems, programs and strategies, particularly in the areas of Human Resources Policies, Legal/Regulatory Risk, Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, Employment matters, Performance Management Coordinates the budget process within the department. Creates and maintains monthly and quarterly reports. Maintains vendor contracts and Bank procedures & policies in the Document Management System. Assists in the administration of the Bank’s Performance Management process. Responsible for managing and administering the Internship Program Serve as primary backup to the payroll processor. Creates Anniversary letters Processes Spot & Recognition Awards Tracks and process invoices for Human Resources Orders supplies and distribute mail Backup in facilitating new hire onboarding Creates, distributes, gathers and analyzes data from employee opinion surveys Provides advice and guidance to managers and employees on the interpretation of HR policies relating to employment, and career development Responsible for providing the listings for the Bank’s quarterly newsletter Responsible for coordinating and facilitating workflow processes, standards and procedures within HR to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for Employment file document scanning and maintenance. Creates and update officer biographies and organization charts Prepares Board and HR Committee materials for the mailing and creates the Board Book. The ideal candidate should have a college degree 2+ years experience in Human Resources administration and full cycle payroll processing. Ceridian is a plus.   Immediate interview Top benefits and bonus Salary is up to 70K
