Job Title: Client Executive General Summary: The Client Executive role is a senior Sales Account Management position designed to maximize revenue, retention, and relationships within Tangoe’s most strategic customers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Builds strong relationships with customers and creates a VIP service experience through; understanding clients business, how Tangoe services can benefit client, constant quality and satisfaction improvement. Attain new business bookings and sales renewals centered on improving client satisfaction and retention. Increase revenue both horizontally across the product set and vertically with expansion in existing services. Maintain and grow professional relationships for use in networking and future business opportunities. Collaborate with Tangoe’s Sales, Operations and Marketing groups to relay client issues and opportunities. Maintain all Account, Contract, & Opportunities information in SalesForce. Ability to build rapport with Tangoe management as focused and goal-driven individual. You must be comfortable developing short and long-term strategies, leveraging existing relationships, generating leads, selling solutions and closing complex sales opportunities. Experience selling into "committees" is critical. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to present and explain consulting solutions as an “expert”. Job Specifications: • 8+ years of experience within B2B sales or account management • Excellent verbal and written communications • Complete understanding of Tangoe’s offerings • Experience with selling one-time and managed services to the Global 2000 • Experience with Managed Mobility Services (MMS), Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), preferred • Ability to effectively collaborate and work with internal RFP response team members • Experience in closing deals in the $100K - $5M range Education: Bachelor’s degree.
