o, I am renting a duplex in Briarcliff Manor NY and am looking for a female roommate between 25-35 years old. Looking for a professional person responsible to share expenses 50/50. 2 bedroom 1.5 bath duplex with a washer and dryer and dishwasher. Spacious place with a large deck off the back. Off street parking. Your half of the rent would be $837 a month. We would split utilities 50/50. Electric/ natural gas heating in the winter. In winter bill was ~$300/month Verizon Fios TV and WiFi $57 each/month So total rent should be approximately $1000/month with utilities, maybe a little more in the winter time. $837 security deposit plus first month to move in (will adjust to your move in date does not have to be one the 1st) I will be getting a puppy in the fall so must love dogs.
