looking to sublease a room in my beautiful 3br apartment through September 30th or possibly October 30th when the lease ends. $675 (unfurnished) Large closet, window and is able to fit a full size bed, desk and dresser with room to spare and is a great price for the area! Steps away from supermarkets, restaurants, laundromats, shopping and more! I have been living in the apartment for two years, and it had just been fully renovated when I moved in. The apartment is on the second floor and we have a live in super who I’ve always been able to reach when needed. Basic Cable, + Wifi, gas and electric ranges from $50-$70 in addition to the rent monthly depending on the season. we are a quick walk to the express 2 & 3 trains on Lenox Ave and about 10 minutes from the express and local A,B,C,D lines on St. Nicholas. Looking for someone in their mid – late 20’s, a steady job, fun, friendly, and considerate of common spaces. NON-SMOKER/No drugs please. Cleanliness in the common areas is VERY important. I am a 25-year-old female, Graphic Designer. Athletic/gym junkie. I keep to myself mostly, and am only really in the apartment at night to sleep and then on the weekends to lounge. Easy-going, and not hard to get a long with, very organized, clean and definitely a creature of routine/habit.
