Participants Over the Age of 18 Needed for

rd Mann, M.A., a doctoral student under the supervision of Leah Horvath, Ph.D. at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Chicago, is recruiting participants for an online study about the effectiveness of guided imagery in reducing anxiety. Participants will complete a series of online questionnaires that will ask about some of their experiences in daily life, current moods and cultural backgrounds. Participants will also listen to a brief guided imagery intervention. No personally identifiable information will be collected. After the study is completed, you will be provided with additional resources regarding guided imagery techniques. PLEASE NOTE: You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this study.
