e owned this 46-year old cabinet for the last 30+ years, with only very sporadic playing at home... ...vintage 1968 ...original pre-Rola Celestion greenbacks: T1511's dated July 1968 (2: 05GA, 2: 17GA) ...original Pulsonic 22 102 014 bass cones ...original gold "Bass" corner logo ...original smooth greenish-black levant ...original basketweave grillcloth ...original steel handles (screwed) ...original steel caster sleeves/receptacles ...original solid-plywood back ...original serial number plate ...signed by "Devs"? (top panel, inside) The rest... ...push-in replacement casters (these are proper fit, and the receivers are original to the cab; but note the four holes around each -- other casters were screwed to the bottom when I purchased) ...small white Marshall logo -- Transitional? Hard to say. At some point they switched from gold to small "white". This was on when I bought the cab -- definitely very old. No additional holes for pin placement, so it's your call on originality. ...back screws: non-original, but proper size/thread ...a few cosmetic blemishes, as shown -- but certainly a spectacular beauty for her age! Note: These are very likely NOT 20-watt speakers. The residue over the "20" indicates these were among the first 25-watters Celestion produced. Transitionally (to save on cost), they placed small "25" stickers over the 20-watt labels until that particular stock of labels was exhausted. I would greatly prefer to not hassle with shipping, but will consider shipping to (or at least near) most major metro areas within the contiguous U.S., at purchaser's full expense. No performance issues -- works impeccably, sounds fabulous! Guaranteed to be as-described... nonetheless, sold (and shipped, if shipped) "as-is". No worries -- I have a considerable amount (500+) of 100% positive feedback via a different outlet... if in doubt, please ask. Additional pics available. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY... NO TRADES. Great investment at $3,750... A '68 Bass cab virtually identical to this one sold via Buy-It-Now on eBay several months ago for $4,500, though it was it in much rougher condition (e.g. no bottom tolex, tears, etc.). Many months prior to that one, another sold within the same price range. This one's a keeper -- virtual museum piece. No buyer's remorse!
