Circa 1907 azoa (rat virus) brown stopper
Was made back in the early 1900's as an alternative to rat poison. Zoos were interested in this product as it would only effect rats and mice but was safe for all the other animals if they ingested it. The label has aged but is still in good, readable condition with clear graphics of rats and mice dying a horrible viral death. The label reads: "azoa (rat virus) for the destruction of rats, mice, and field mice, harmless to all other animals and fowls". The brown cork stopper bottle is in very good condition and the original cork is missing.
