Associate - Operational Risk Analyst

/> Functional Title:       Operational Risk Analyst Department:              Operational Risk    The Operational Risk Analyst assists the Americas Head of Operational Risk in implementing the policies and procedures for the assessment, monitoring and management of the US WB operational risks.    Responsibilities:   Assist in execution of and recording results of the operational risk mapping (RCSA) for all business lines, control, and support functions. Collect and consolidate information for operational risk incident investigations and reporting. Verify the completeness and reliability of the information recorded. Assist in collecting and updating key risk indicators (KRIs), and subsequent reporting/analysis. Assist in monitoring the progress of Operational Risk action plans. Act as a liaison between the Operational Risk team and the Operational Risk Correspondents in the business line. Assist in deploying the policies and procedures applicable at the business line level. Perform periodic review of OR system referential data. Conduct reconciliations and analyses on Operational Risk data. Create and update reports.   Requirements: 3 – 5 years relevant industry experience Process mapping and business analysis experience strongly preferred Strong work ethic, with an ability to multi-task within strict time parameters Ability to work independently Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Extensive Microsoft Office Suite skills; with an advanced aptitude in Excel
