Corporate Development Analyst

Basic Qualifications: Between two and four years of experience as a financial analyst in a corporate development department, a private equity firm, or an investment bank. Strong financial, analytical and valuation skills, including extensive financial modeling experience with Microsoft Excel. Strong interpersonal skills, in particular the ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships, as evidenced by a track record of teamwork and collegiality in cross-functional teams.
