ary: To $105k plus bonus Responsibilities: Provide expertise, advice and counsel based on advanced business and/or audit experience to a complex business and/or across several business groups. Provide leadership for projects and team activities. Coordinates, schedules, scopes and leads team activities on audits (incl. large, cross-functional). Responsible for executing and leading key components of the audit process, which includes: defining audit scope, creating audit programs, executing on test work, identifying issues and vetting issues with the business. Proactive, able to exercise sound risk judgment and escalate effectively. Influence over the business and within the audit organization -- strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Knowledge of financial market concepts and supporting processes is required. Interact with regulatory agencies, external consultants, business leaders, and other internal risk management groups.   Qualifications: 3-5+ years experience in Global Markets within an Audit, Product Control, Middle Office, Operations, Risk Management, Trading or Compliance function. Bachelors or Masters degree CPA/CFA preferred Good understanding of equities products; sales and trading functions; risk management metrics; valuation concepts; and market regulations and practices. Good understanding of support functions, including middle office, operations, and finance. Proficient in audit methodology, including a strong understanding of risk assessment and control processes.
