Underwriter/Customer Retention Needed (Midtown

/> Asset Based Financing company seeks an Underwriter with 2 - 3 year's experience in underwriting commercial financing products, including but not limited to commercial loans, leases, sale and lease backs, commercial mortgages, etc. Individual must have experience analyzing and reviewing loan applications, credit reports, bank statements, business financials, tax returns and other related financial information in order to make funding decisions. Minimum 2 - 3 years Underwriting, lending or bank/bankcard experience. Qualifications: Good analytical and problem solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong phone and email communication skills Experience working in a high-pressured environment, working with deadlines, and using own initiative Ability to interact professionally with management, sales and merchants. Responsibilities: Coordinating and underwriting existing clients for refinancing Regularly communicating with existing clients and providing necessary customer service Reviewing existing customer's daily activity and identify anomalies Reviewing bank statements, merchant processing statements and financials       Reviewing credit reports and background reports to determine degree of risk involved with providing a merchant cash advance. Reviewing risk and financial health of current business and owner. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree. * Computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
