Reviewer - Senior Project Manager - Property

/> The Senior Project Manager Reviewer is a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect with strong technical, writing, and verbal communication skills. This position entails managing staff and reviewing Property Condition Reports (PCR) and building forensic studies prepared by staff architects and engineers; coordinating technical staff activities, interfacing with clients, and mentoring. Clients are primarily private equity investors and institutional mortgagees. Responsibilities: Provide technical direction and guidance to architects and engineers, assigned to projects; Review and evaluate PCRs and other deliverables, identify and resolve problems; Communicate with clients to discuss and develop solutions for recognized architecture and engineering concerns; Review and technically edit PCRs to ensure accuracy, completeness, quality, and compliance with IVI’s standards; Manage team of Architects and/or Engineers; Manage the PCA of portfolio properties; Prepare Property Condition Reports as required; and Deliver outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to client needs. Qualifications: Certification as either a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect; Min. 10 years in construction administration, architecture, engineering, or similar technical experience; Forensic building and condition assessment experience desired; Passion for being detail oriented and highly organized; Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; and Excellent verbal and written communication.
