Bar Manager

are seeking a dynamic individule with a minimum of two years management experience in a high volume fast casual full service restaurant environment.  Candidate must have a working knowledge of wines, craft beers and spirits as well as experience in mixology and all aspects of the bar as a profit center. The key responsibilities include maintaining a culture of "INSPIRED HOSPITALITY" through a positive work environment while providing guests with friendly, professional service in a "hip" well maintained environment. Candidate must possess a strong service background, passion for food / beverage, strong work ethic, attention to detail, team player and a natural regard for hospitality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Proficient in all aspects of bar and dining room service Opening, mid and closing shift duties in the daily operation of restaurant. Manage bar ambiance, housekeeping organization and revenue opportunities Train, develop, monitor, schedule and coach all bar personnel Evaluate performance Experience with cost control systems and labor percentages Performance, product, inventory, cash control, labor, shift and daily reports P&L accountibility Must be able to workfive day work week of up to 55 hours Must be able to stand and walk for several hours of the day covering shift Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
