irm is looking to build our Client Services department. We are looking for an individual, who wants a great opportunity for a career with an accomplished company. Someone with a strong background in Customer Service or looking for an entry level position to work in our Customer Service department is desired. Bi-Lingual candidates are encouraged to apply. This is a full time opportunity. We're located in Midtown Manhattan, on Avenue of the Americas, between Bryant Park and Rockefeller Center subway stops. Position Description -Maintain existing client relationships by providing exemplary customer service and professionalism. -Answer customers' inquiries and issues regarding accounts. -Negotiating on clients' behalf -Coordinate necessary processing changes needed for customers. -Follow up and respond to customers by phone and email. Position Requirements - Strong verbal and communication skills with emphasis on professionalism - Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills - Patience with customers - Detail oriented with superior follow- through skills - Self- motivated, determined, and professional demeanor - Strong interpersonal skills - Team player who takes direction well - Must be very organized
