We do not send your information to current or past employers nor do we send your information to anywhere you request that it not be sent Summary: • This position will be based at a Clinical Research Center located in New York City. • Lead a team of Study Leaders/Managers and report to the Senior Study Leader • Provide strategic operational input into the clinical development plans and be accountable for the operational delivery of assigned oncology programs as well as leading other initiatives to support the study management group function. • You will act as a key partner with leaders in the industry to ensure the effective implementation of the early clinical development strategy. Requirements: • PhD or equivalent, and a thorough knowledge and experience in drug development across the value chain with particular focus on exploratory and early development. • You will have substantial experience in the operational implementation of oncology clinical development programs, including early phase I and global phase II studies. In addition, specific experience of hematological malignancies would be desirable. • A solid knowledge of external service providers is required as well as broad experience in working with external providers in general in the implementation and conduct of clinical studies. • Due to the nature of this role, a high level of initiative, proactivity and the ability to work independently is necessary, as is the ability to lead and manage a team through excellent leadership skills including motivation and delegation. **Need a laboratory professional similar to this?
