Construction Office Manager (copy 3)
is an important position within the company and candidates must have proven, strong, customer services skills and following up on requirements and conditions to compliance; which will include answering phones (everyone at the company answers phones/performs multiple functions), some accounting, and has all around good general office skills. TEAM PLAYER with high energy very busy fast paced office. MUST BE A WORKAHOLIC! VERY BUSY OFFICE, MULTI TASK ABILITIES A MUST. OCD ABOUT DETAILS. In Summary, the successful Candidate will be responsible for: Oversee office staff and supervise office staff do estimate and DOB filing, architecture, construction or other related experience a plus. o Enter customer invoicing for billing and mailing out of all invoices. o Problem solving, including resolving customer questions, problems and follow up. o Perform all functions pertaining to company insurance needs as assigned by management. o Maintain scheduling and prepare billing once approved. o Perform phone duties regarding customers and any other office related tasks that are required. o Schedule monthly office openings, closings and after hour on call service. Possess an entrepreneurial attitude about small businesses. It is desirable that the candidate have previous experience in either construction, real estate property management and/or a related service industry background. This position is viewed by the owners as a long term commitment and carries a wide range of opportunities for growth within company based on involvement. Salary: 65 to 85K Competitive and commensurate with experience.
