Director of Database Marketing and Analytics

cruiters is seeking a Director of Database Marketing and Analytics. This role will be responsible for creating programs, strategies and analytic solutions for B2B marketing campaigns and CRM.​ This position requires previous hands on predictive modeling experience.​ He/She must be able to lead development and implementation of analytics capabilities and solutions to provide insights, targeting and measurement support for client marketing organizations.​   Projects include: Predictive models Customer value Segmentation Analysis Data Analysis and Mining External Data Enhancement Break-Even Analysis Marketing Mix optimization Digital analytics   Qualifications: 10+​ years working experience in the analytics landscape with a specific focus on B2B, database marketing and CRM engagements Graduate degree in Statistics, Operations Research, MBA or related field required Agency or consulting firm experience.​ 10+ ​ years’ experience in a quantitative marketing arena developing large and complex solutions, including building predictive models SAS, SQL (recommended) Experience in the technology industry in an analytics or decision science capacity, but ideally also in other industries.​ Strong problem solving; takes initiative, Strong project management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills including written and presentation abilities, strong people management skills and proven leadership ability Deep experience in using data and analytics to create insights that help define customer marketing strategies and the use of advanced analytics to bring those strategies to life.​ Has experience building, managing, and leading teams of analytic resources
