ecruiters is seeking a Director of Business Development & Sales. This role will be responsible for creatively, enthusiastically, and effectively promote the message and benefits of our client’s product and services to new companies and communities. The role will promote our client’s e-commerce and publishing platform to new authors and consumers globally. You will be working with a team of talented individuals to take our organization to the next level.​    Responsibilities: · Identify, develop and maintain the partnerships required to grow the company’s e-commerce platform and publishing business · Responsible for identifying, understanding and developing current and new customers · Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals · Develop strong industry relationships that will develop new partnerships and cultivate business opportunities · Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information, monitor competitive activity and proactively identify customer needs · Ability to structure a deal and negotiate agreements for services, products, and pricing with new and existing business customers · Promote the vision, strategies and tactics required for profitable and sustained customer engagement · Perform other duties as assigned · Ability to properly build a pipeline, build a territory, and to forecast   Qualifications · Experience finding and closing new business opportunities with excellent consultative selling skills in a business-to-business sales environment.​ · Experience in business development and strategic account management with a record of high performance.​ · Experience selling to a variety of industries and businesses of various sizes.​ · Must have strong relationship-building skills.​ · Outstanding presentation, facilitation and communication skills.​ · Strategic, innovative mindset.​ · Ability to work cooperatively and convincingly with internal teams to define product/marketing requirements to support sales strategy.​ · Ability to travel as required.​ · Bachelor’s degree required
