e seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager. Our client is a privately held rapidly growing highly successful enterprise software company looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing executive to manage our Sales and Marketing departments.​ This position will report directly to the CEO.​ You will be a member of the Executive Management Team, working directly with the owner and Board of Directors in setting future direction of the company.​ Knowledge and experience of software technology is a must.​   The Executive of Sales/​Marketing is responsible for marketing and sales strategy development and said execution for the software, professional services, and conference and training departments.​ This position requires an energetic, self-motivated individual with an entrepreneur spirit.​  A dynamic and proven background of software sales and marketing technology is required.​   A successful candidate will have the abilities and experience in the following areas: Ability to recruit additional high performance sales and marketing personnel to further growth in the organization.​ Ability to develop a strategic business plan for Marketing and Sales from conception to implementation.​ Development of marketing materials, website, press releases, sales campaigns to meet company wide objectives.​ Set metric’s to manage success of Sales and Marketing activities.​ Responsible for development and execution of all Sales training materials.​ Excellent communication and presentation skills.​  Experienced in making presentations to all “C” level executives.​ Excellent negotiation skills.​  Have an executive’s prospective in general business and financial proven operational practices.​
