cruiters is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for developing new business and aggressively closing new accounts.  Drive planned revenue increases and sales strategy in the US by developing new business. Work closely with other departments to coordinate resources and company-wide initiatives.  The position must provide update of business development activities to the Sales VP, CEO and other management on a regular basis.  This position requires a strong track record of initiating contacts, building customer relationships, and closing sales.  Your contacts could be all levels within the target organization.   Responsibilities: Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed   Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years Sales/Business Development experience or an equivalent combinations of education and experience A proven track record of identifying, generating, and capturing new business Clear understanding of strategies to market, pricing models and plans with experience in multi-channel selling Flexible and innovative with emotional maturity and resilience An understanding of the technology business would be valuable Attention to detail, with an ability to execute a plan in time and on budget Ability to build relationships and manage key stakeholders
