Estimator / Project Manager

The position mission is: • To provide cost effective, sensible and expert solutions to problems as well as estimating and documentation that represents the company in a comprehensive, professional and successful manner. • To communicate timely and accurate information to clients; compassion, reassurance and guidance to customers; and clear leadership and guidance to vendors. Duties include: • Handling of emergency calls and qualifying losses • Perform site inspections, estimate and close jobs • Communicate with clients and adjusters regarding scope and price of work • Manage customers’ expectations from first meeting through job completion • Manage vendor expectations and multiple crews at one time • Manage multiple projects at one time and be able to prioritize and keep promises on deadlines to insureds and adjusters • Review and finalize billing of jobs • Ability to be flexible and adjust to rapidly changing requirements and schedules • Ability to function in a fast-paced and possibly stressful environment while maintaining a professional and collegial attitude and demeanor Candidate should poses: • 5-7 years restoration experience • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong project management skills • Great interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of Xactimate required • iPad/Tablet capable • IICRC certifications or insurance certifications required Full Time Base salary + commissions Medical, Dental, 401K Plus growth potential
