Project Manager & Senior Project Manager

e seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers for our Ridgefield, CT and New York City locations. The Project Manager and Senior Project Manager supports the successful execution of assigned projects, provides support to facilitate planning and coordination of construction activities to ensure that all project objectives are accomplished, and ensures project profitability targets are achieved. Key responsibilities include: (1) Documentation Management, (2) Project Correspondence, (3) Material Tracking, (4) Production Tracking, (5) Customer Relations and Communication, (6) Punch List, and (7) Job Meetings. Key elements of successfully achieving these responsibilities include: Pre-Job Planning, Exit Strategy/Post-Job Review, Short Interval Planning, Job Cost Control, and Trade Contractor Coordination. The position requires a BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience. Candidates from the construction industry are preferred. Success in this role requires aptitude in the above areas, as well as leadership, motivation, initiative, superior documentation skills and outstanding communication and follow-through skills.
