Group seeks an individual to fill a sales support position for a client in New York. Individual must have Call Center experience, and some technical acumen. Interested parties should understands the call center operation as a Sales support consultant. Consults process owner for changes to existing processes, develop new processes, and system requirements. Manages the development of demonstrations and pilots with prospective clients. Supports and enhances existing client’s processes.   General duties and responsibilities: • Represents and manages the customer care process requirements between client and prospects. • Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Call Center Operations as well as internal customers. • Serves as point of contact for developing Call Center programs for potential clients. • Maintains familiarity with the company’s suite of Customer Care applications. • Participate in the calibration sessions with and about potential clients. • Work collaboratively with business development and Marketing teams to create innovative Customer Service Solutions .   Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience that is required for the specific job level.   General knowledge, skills and abilities: • In-depth knowledge of call center business processes. • Must be familiar with call center applications, including call flows • Must have project management experience • Strong work ethic, dependability and flexibility are required • Strong computer skills (including MS Excel, Word and Access) • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills • Ability to communicate effectively with associates and all levels of management Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent time management skills Experiencing with blogging and/or content management systems
