Digital Print Account Specialist
ct production and provide services for the company’s digital print customers. Maintain positive customer relations through active engagement of the customer during all stages of the sales, production and customer service process. Responsibilities: - Collect, enter and verify client data, job description and instructions in the company’s CRM and job ticketing system - Coordinate the production schedule, ensure the timing and quality of the product - Confer with customers throughout production to keep them informed of the status of jobs, coordinate changes to jobs - Provide pre-sales support with customers, provide quotes, discuss the production capabilities, specs and requirements needed to produce a successful job - Review proofs with customer, obtain approval of materials, such as artwork, formatting, color, stock, ink, binding, stuffing and delivery options - Address customers’ questions or issues before, during and after the jobs, engage appropriate parties to verify the issue, determine the root case and communicate resolutions to issues - Make recommendations to management on issues or improvements that are in the best interest of the customer and the company - Follow up with the customers to collect feedback and cultivate customers’ lifetime value - Maintain the company’s high production and service standards, executing quality control throughout the process to ensure the final product meets the customer requirements and company standards Requirements and Qualifications: - Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Hands-on skills on printing any document as assigned, including customer/job data entry, pre-press, printing, binding, stuffing and delivering, equipment monitoring and maintenance - At least 1 year experience working in the Adobe Suite, InDesign and Illustrator. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Tech savvy, strong file management and computer skills. - Knowledge and experience with a CRM system a plus Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift on a rotating, 4 month basis - Highly detail-oriented, efficient and accountable - Effective, courteous, and efficient client relations and communication skills on phone, in email, and in person - Experience or capability working in very fast paced environment, multi-tasking and dealing with time sensitive and/or confidential materials - Ability to make important decisions independently under pressure - Understand and be invested in the business, have the potential and desire to grow into account development positions Benefits: - Competitive salary - Performance bonuses - Opportunities to advance quickly - A generous PTO plan including paid holidays - 401K benefits with company match - Health benefits - Equal Opportunity Employer How to Apply: - Please send your cover letter and resume to [email removed] - Include in the email subject line: “Digital Print Account Specialist” and your name - In your cover letter, please tell us why you are a good fit for this position
