/> Job Responsibilities: Answer both incoming customer service calls and sales re-order calls Provide excellent customer service Address any questions or concerns about products, promotions and/or shipping Up-sell and cross-sell New Vitality products Enter and/or update customer information into a computer system Handle secure information with discretion Place orders when necessary Depending on the needs of the business, you will be required to work holidays if we remain open Attendance is an essential responsibility of this position Schedules are determined by business demands     Requirements: 6 months work experience High school diploma or GED Solid computer skills (MS applications) Excellent reading and phone etiquette Patience and upbeat professional manner Ability to type 35-40 words per minute Ability to verbally convey information to others effectively Ability to read and understand information presented in writing Ability to multi-task Ability to sit for long periods of time   Our company is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
