These are some of the things we can offer: • Paid Holidays • Time and a half for overtime • Medical and Dental • 401K Plans • Incentive plans • Great starting pay • Employee discount packages towards owning your own Franchise Job Requirements The ideal candidate must: • Have a valid driver’s license • Has a high school diploma or GED or at least 1 year related experience.  • Current Pesticide License a PLUS but not required. • Ability to pass the state pesticide license test. to be able to perform some of the following duties on a daily basis: apply fertilizers, insect, disease and weed controls to lawns or landscapes using walk behind, riding machines, or spray truck according to label and state laws. • Be able to maintain equipment and vehicles daily. • Left heavy materials without assistance. • Be able to communicate effectively with customers. • Be able to drive a company vehicle safely and follow all motor vehicle safety requirements.
