Account Management Director
8-10+ years experience sales team management, knowledge of social media, SaaS. Opportunity in NYC with a rising marketing technology company. The Account Management Director is responsible for retention and growth of the client base through individual efforts and leadership of the account management team to build customer relationships and deliver profitable quality service. The Account Management Director will report to the VP Sales-Account Management and will assist in establishing sales and account strategy, delivering customer insights and identifying market trends. He/she will be responsible for mentoring and managing team members to achieve individual goals, partnering with client executives to ensure account success and exemplary customer service, and driving annual revenue growth. Required qualifications: 8-10 years experience with proven account management skills, SaaS exp. a must. Demonstrated success in client development, accustomed to maintaining client relationships with senior management and C-suite executives Proven track record in managing key accounts and multiple sales transactions of over $1M Ability to establish and execute against a strategic plan Analytical skills, including translating data into actionable plans and forecasting Negotiation and presentation skills Consultative approach and solutions focus
