nsibilities: Manage and execute full cycle recruitment process. Obtain detailed job description and requirements from clients. Understand and capture client specific requirements. Develop comprehensive recruiting plans for specific vacancies. Creating and placing job advertisements on job boards, schools and social media sites. Incorporate internal talent pool, referrals, networking, social media, email blasts, schools, professional associations and career fairs into sourcing strategy. Identify and attract top candidates using innovative and cost effective recruiting methods including direct sourcing. Determine candidate’s qualifications by interviewing and comparing candidate’s qualifications to job requirements. Post candidate’s resumes to client’s applicant tracking systems when necessary. Present candidate’s resume and qualifications to clients and coordinating interviews. Prepare and debrief candidates before and after interviews. Guiding and supporting candidates through the interviewing process, offer acceptance and resignations. Check candidate’s references. Maintain regular contact with newly hired candidates and clients until start date and beyond. Enter candidate resumes and interview information into database. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Search for new job openings through phone and email based prospecting.     Requirements 1+ years experience in a similar role Ability to understand client specific requirements Talent for matching candidates and requirements Ambitious, goal oriented, & self-motivated Strong computer and internet searching skills Social media savvy Excellent communication skills
