Enterprise Architect

ng internet-provider of financial information data is recruiting for a fulltime Enterprise Architect. The role will be responsible to establish the technical foundation and architecture for the next generation of data acquisition, data transformation, data mining, custom analytics, and reporting solutions. Will work with management and software development teams to implement the company's vision and standards in a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization. You must be willing to be part of a small team environment and be able to work independently. Required Experience and Skills: 10+ years' experience developing object-oriented applications Ability to set architectural direction and ensure compliance to standards Expertise in designing and implementing relational databases Experience building and deploying applications in cloud environments API (e.g. REST, SOAP) design and development experience Excellent analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills In-depth knowledge of .NET and Windows Server operating systems Deep understanding of programming principles and an interest in software development Design and development experience with service-oriented architectures and enterprise-class web applications Desired Experience and Skills: Creative – able to think outside of the box Financial services industry experience Experience with NoSQL and Big Data technologies Experience with AWS products and solutions Proficiency implementing data mining and business intelligence solutions Interest and experience tracking and applying open source technologies Knowledge of XML, JSON, HTML  Web user interface development experience Knowledge of financial markets and financial data Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline
