This startup was one of the most successfully crowd funded projects with almost $2M raised, and another $10M from big name venture capital firms, such as Khosla Ventures. Their device is in high demand, and they are looking to grow their product rapidly within the next year. Their team is now searching for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead their team in creating a great user experience and user interface for their web and mobile applications.  WHAT YOU WILL DO: Develop design systems and pixel-perfect UI/UX mock ups, wireframes, and prototypes Define product strategies to refine the user experience and ensure designs are consistent across multiple applications Collaborate with the product and engineering team to create the best user experience across web and mobile platforms Contribute to the culture of the growing team WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Strong UI/UX design experience for web and mobile applications to make complicated problems simple solutions Strong experience designing and coding mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile Knowledge of UX design fundamentals, such as: requirements gathering / research, user testing, and information architecture High level knowledge of product strategy Clear and strong design aesthetic that can work with existing styles and can give and take thoughtful and honest criticism Required: Portfolio of UX/UI work designing for web and mobile applications WHAT YOU WILL GET: Competitive $140K base salary + Equity Unlimited vacation policy Catered lunches everyday Medical, Vision, Dental benefits for you and your family Commuter benefits Fully stocked kitchen and drinks Flexible hours If you’re a Senior UX/UI Designer with experience designing for web and mobile applications, apply today!
